Promo Terms & Conditions

Noros is a product of North.cloud. All promotions offered through Noros are governed by North.cloud and subject to these Promotional Terms.

North.cloud reserves the right to update or modify these Promotional Terms at any time without notice.

1. General Promotion Terms

To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.
  • Be an authorized representative of a U.S.-based business with an active cloud account in your company's name.
  • Not be a current paid Noros customer.
  • Limit participation to one promotion per person and per company.
  • Participate in good faith and provide accurate, verifiable information.
  • Not be an employee, contractor, or agent of Noros, North.cloud, or their affiliates.

Gifts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for alternatives unless otherwise specified. North.cloud reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

2. "Get Started" Onboarding Promotion

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must:

  • Sign up for a Noros account using a business email address associated with a company cloud account. Personal cloud accounts and personal projects are not eligible.
  • Complete full onboarding, which requires both IAM permissions and payment details to be successfully connected and verified.
  • Ask Noros at least one question about your cloud environment through the Noros interface.

Reward

Eligible participants will receive:

  • One (1) $250 gift card
  • One (1) free month of Noros access

Reward details will be shared within 10 business days after all eligibility requirements are confirmed. Gift cards are subject to availability and delivery may take 4-6 weeks from confirmation.

3. Verification and Fulfillment

North.cloud reserves the right to verify participant eligibility, including account type, onboarding completion status, and cloud account ownership.

If North.cloud cannot verify eligibility or suspects abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation, the participant may be disqualified.

Gift cards will be fulfilled by North.cloud via a third-party vendor and delivered to the contact information provided at signup. North.cloud is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered items once issued.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, North.cloud shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or relating to participation in this promotion or use of the promotional gift.

All gifts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

5. Compliance with Company Policies

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their participation and acceptance of any promotional gift complies with their employer's policies and applicable laws or regulations.

If a gift violates a participant's employment terms or conflicts with internal policy, North.cloud may offer a compliant alternative or forfeiture.

6. Privacy and Use of Data

Personal information provided through participation in this promotion will be processed in accordance with North.cloud's Privacy Policy. This includes data collection for qualification, onboarding, and follow-up purposes. Your information will not be sold to third parties.

7. Right to Modify or Revoke

North.cloud may cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Participation is subject to compliance with these Promotional Terms. North.cloud reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these terms or otherwise acts in a disruptive or deceptive manner.
